Introduction
These papers were deposited into the
Archives by Harry F. Weber, Washington, D.C., from 1981-87.
Most of these papers reflect Weber's
research and correspondence about the book he wrote in 1929 on the
Centennial History of The Mennonites of Illinois, 1829-1929. The book
was published by the Mennonite Historical Society of Goshen College in
1931. There are also some early letters, 1916-17, while he was at
Goshen College. And some subject files from 1954-87, regarding his
longtime involvement with teaching the Dale Carnegie Courses, 1945-82.
