This is the original Men Sim watch design, which Gyger and the Zurchers first produced in 1961. The face featutures two farmers with cattle and a floral design. The back features two farmers milking their cows.

This is a masterpiece! Both covers, front and back, open to reveal the fascinating mechanism of this elegant watch. The mechanical structures in the face of the watch are set with tiny synthetic rubies (5 on each side). The transparent face and back allows inspection of its inner workings from every angle.
