correspondence files are the field records of Media Ministries'
involvement in Puerto Rico from
1947-72.
These files were transferred to the
Archives in September 1993 by Lowell
Hertzler. Much of the materials comes
from Lester Hershey, who served in Puerto Rico
for many years. A large bulk of the
files are from the 1960s. This media
program was succeeded by JELAM in 1972.
