Some photographs (negatives) of the Mennonite Home Mission in Chicago were deposited by Simon Gingerich, Elkhart, Indiana, in 1992. Negatives were made of these photographs, which were then used to make the slides by photographer Alvin Hostetler. More photographs (negatives) were added to this file of Mennonite involvement in Chicago by Steve Estes, and from the book by Emma Oyer, What God Hath Wrought: History of the Chicago Home Mission, 1949.
